In Hip Hop music, the remix has become big business. Artists ranging from Pete Rock to Diddy have had great success in taking a good song, and making it great. Then came Danger Mouse. It all started with Jay-Z's "The Black Album" . Def Jam/Rocafella released the acappellas, and folks went ill trying to remix the great Hova. Danger Mouse came out the victor with his mashup of The Beatles' "White Album", and Jay's own "Black Album"- Titled ?"The Grey Album. So this time around when the acappellas for Jay's new album, "American Gangster", were released- everyone got in on the action. BOAC has stepped up with "International Gangster". The concept is simple, he sampled music from around the world, chopped it, flipped it, played instruments over it, got it extra banging, and he is giving it away for a free download as a thank you to his many supportive fans worldwide. As a bonus, Boac brought in the Legendary Dj Teeko for the song "I Know". Dj Teeko is a recent winner of the Berklee School of Music 2006 Milestones Innovative Producer Contest, and winner of The I.T.F. Championship, along side his crew 4ONEFUNK.
